Legal notice and privacy statement

Last updated: August 13, 2026.

Axoly Tech is a private limited company based in Belgium. This page brings together our legal information and how we process your personal data.

1. Company information

  • Legal name: Axoly Tech
  • Legal form: SRL
  • Company/VAT number: BE0800750935
  • Register of Legal Entities (RPM): Brussels/Nivelles
  • Address: Rixensart, Belgium

Axoly Tech is the data controller of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Contact information

3. Our approach to personal data

We apply the principle of data minimization: we only collect what is strictly necessary, and nothing more. Specifically:

  • Simply browsing this site does not transmit any personal data to us.
  • We do not carry out any profiling, targeted advertising, or cross-site tracking.
  • We do not sell, rent, or exchange any data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Cookies

This site does not place any cookies on your device and does not use any local storage for tracking purposes. This is why you will never see a cookie consent banner: there is simply nothing to consent to.

5. Audience measurement

To find out which pages are viewed, we use Simple Analytics, a privacy-friendly audience measurement tool, hosted in the European Union (Netherlands).

  • No cookie is placed and no unique identifier is assigned to visitors.
  • Your IP address is not recorded and no individual profile is created.
  • Only aggregated and anonymous statistics are produced: page views, origin, device type.
  • No data is used for advertising purposes or shared with advertising networks.

For more details, see the Simple Analytics privacy policy.

6. Contact form

The form on the Contact page is the only place on the site where you provide us with personal data, and only if you choose to submit it. Browsing the site sends nothing.

  • Data collected: your name, your email address, and the content of your message.
  • Purpose: to respond to your request, and nothing else. This data is never used for prospecting or a newsletter.
  • Retention period: 30 days.

Data processor: the submission of the form is handled by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to our email inbox. Web3Forms is only contacted at the moment you submit the form, and from no other page on the site.

7. Hosting

This site is hosted by OVH, on servers located in France, within the European Union. Hosting does not involve any transfer of data outside the European Union.

Like any host, OVH may keep technical connection logs (IP address, date and time of the request) for security purposes and incident resolution. We do not use these logs for analysis or tracking purposes.

8. External resources

The fonts, images, and stylesheets of this site are served from our own server. When a page loads, the only request made to a third party is that of the Simple Analytics audience measurement script described above.

9. Your rights regarding your personal data

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to be informed: to know why your data is needed, how it is used, and how long it is retained.
  • Right of access: to access your personal data.
  • Right to rectification: to complete, correct, delete, or block your data.
  • Right to withdraw consent: to revoke your consent and have your data deleted.
  • Right to data portability: to retrieve your data and transfer it to another data controller.
  • Right to object: to object to the processing of your data.

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@axolytech.com. We reply within one month. Given the limited amount of data we hold, a request most often amounts to deleting a message received through the contact form.

10. Complaint

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD), the supervisory authority competent for Belgium. If you reside in another Member State of the European Union, you may also contact the data protection authority of your country.

11. Updates to this page

This page is updated whenever our tools or our processing practices change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
